So what can I tell you? I can’t just choose one favorite quote from the book, since I’ve only read it once — far from enough for me to fully get the grip of it. So here’s the only note I made while reading Ulysses (anyone who knows me will understand why it is important to me: I’m a big fan of puns myself):
“Come forth Lazarus! And he came fifth and lost the job.”
